Tough van for mobile workshop use
I run a mobile mechanic service and needed something big enough for all my equipment and tools. This Crafter has been spot on. The high roof means I can stand up inside which is brilliant when you're working. It's been rock solid reliable - 73,000 miles and not a single mechanical problem. The 2.0 TDI pulls well even when fully loaded. Fuel economy is around 33-35 MPG which is decent for a big van. Build quality feels really solid. The cab is comfortable for long days. Servicing isn't cheap but the longer intervals help. It's not the cheapest van to buy but the reliability and build quality make it worth it for me.

Could be improved
Servicing costs are high, fuel economy could be better, expensive to buy, some features are pricey options

Reliable for drainage work
Big van for my jetting equipment. Rock solid reliable. High roof is brilliant. Gets 32 MPG. Servicing isn't cheap but it's worth it. Great van.
