Perfect size for my boiler and tools. Really reliable - never let me down. Comfortable for long days driving between jobs. Gets about 38 MPG. Easy to park. Would buy another tomorrow.

I’ve owned a 2020 Ford Transit Custom for a few years now and it’s been a reliable and practical choice for work. The van starts without issue, even in colder weather, and I haven’t had any serious mechanical problems. Running costs are reasonable – insurance is in line with other similar vans and fuel economy is best on longer motorway drives, averaging mid-30s mpg. Comfort is one of its strongest points. It feels much closer to driving a large car than a traditional van, which makes a big difference when you’re behind the wheel all day. The seats are supportive and the cabin design is very user-friendly. When it comes to resale value, Transit Customs are always in demand, so I’m confident it will hold its value when the time comes to sell. Overall, a dependable van that balances work practicality with day-to-day comfort.

After running a fleet of Transit Customs for over 45,000 miles, I can genuinely say they've been excellent for everyday business use. The 2.0 EcoBlue engine is economical but still delivers plenty of power, even when the van is fully loaded. They're comfortable for long days on the road, feel solidly built, and we've had very few issues so far. The load space is practical and easy to work with, with sensible tie-down points and good access through the side door. Maintenance costs have been reasonable, and Ford's dealer support has been dependable whenever we've needed it. For a medium-sized commercial van, it offers a great balance between capability and running costs.
