Its a Peugeot Expert with a Toyota badge, everyone knows that, and honestly the warranty is exactly why i bought it. Mine is the 2.0 180 auto and the Relax scheme means you keep extending the cover as long as you get it serviced at a Toyota dealer, up to 10 years. Service intervals are 2 years or 25k which keeps the costs down as well. To drive its more like a family car than a van, very quiet on a run. Payload on mine is about 1450kg and the Smart Cargo folding seat lets you feed long lengths through the bulkhead, thats been genuinely useful more times than i expected. Downsides though. The AdBlue system has been a nightmare, tank replaced under warranty once already and its thrown the engine fault repair needed message twice since. Economy is nowhere near the claim either, im averaging 38 mpg against a claimed 49. And theres no high roof option in the uk at all which caught me out coming from a Transit. Mirrors are too small as well, no wide angle bit.

Bought a medium wheelbase 1.5D 120 panel van and did the camper conversion myself over about eight months of weekends. Saved somewhere near six grand going that route rather than buying something ready made, and i got an almost new van for thousands less than the VW equivalent with more kit on it. Economy is the best thing about it, im seeing 41 mpg pretty consistently and better than that if im gentle on a long motorway run. Its comfy, quiet and genuinely doesnt feel like a van from the drivers seat. One thing worth knowing before you start cutting holes in yours - i was told at the dealer theres no warranty if its modified, which killed my plan of having the rear seats and side windows done properly. So do check that first because it changed my whole build. Only other gripe is the driving position is offset a bit and the middle seat is useless for anyone with legs.
