2011 Fiat Ducato MWB Camper Conversion

This van has been our home on four wheels during many festivals, weekend getaways and sea-side holidays.

However, we’ve recently bought a house that is a big renovation project, and we simply don't have the time to get out as much as we would like.

**The Vehicle Specs**

• Model: 2011 Fiat Ducato (MWB, H1)

• Engine/Transmission: Diesel, Manual

• Mileage: 120,000 miles

• MOT: Freshly done, so you're ready to go!

• History: Partial service history

The van had a new clutch fitted two years ago, so it's good to go for many more miles.

In the last 4–5 years, the following parts have also been replaced (with receipts):

• Timing belt & Water pump

• Starter battery & Fuel housing

• New tires

• Rear shock absorbers

• Front brake pads & Front suspension arms

**Self-Build Conversion Features**

The van was originally converted by the previous owner. It’s not a professional conversion, but we’ve found the layout super practical and have made it into a cosy little space. The conversion includes:

• Kitchen: Full-width work surface equipped with a Smev sink, water tank, large 2-burner stove, and gas canister as well as storage space.

• Seating: A bench seat with an integrated diesel heater to keep you warm on chilly nights.

• Sleeping: A full-size double bed. This can be easily removed if you need to transport larger goods. Even when installed, there is plenty of space underneath to fit kayaks, bouldering mats, and tons of gear/clothes/etc.

• Power: Leisure battery with a battery-to-battery charging system, USB charging ports in the back, and LED lighting.

• Bonus: Comes with 2 roof racks (please note, one has recently gotten slightly dented).

**Honest Bits to Note**

We want to be completely upfront so you know exactly what you're coming to see:

• Cosmetics: There are some dents and rust spots, as you would expect from a van this age

• The Key: The manual key doesn’t work. This was already the case when we bought the van and we never got around to fixing it. It does come with two sets of remote keys.
